The land comprises of 4.26 acres (1.72) of grassland located off the A47 between Narborough and West Bilney. The Fields have been split into 5 paddocks by a mixture of post and rail and electrical fencing.

There is a 2/3 stable block with a store room on concrete and a hay shed to the rear of the block. The roof on the hay shed will need repairing. The stable block has connections to electricity, mains water and broadband which controls the security cameras. There is also a water tap in large field.

A smaller field shelter is located on the other side of the tree line, offering protection from the elements.

With access straight onto the A47 this allows easy movement of animals.
