The Hawkins family firm was established in the 1850s by Charles Hawkins who was Barry Hawkins Great Grandfather. In January 1986 Barry recognised the need for an independent firm with local knowledge who could cater for the local community and BARRY L HAWKINS was established. Letting of Residential Properties : We do not charge prospective Tenants any fees - we require References, (Financial and Personal) a Month's Rent as Deposit (this is held by the Deposit Protection Service) and a month's rent in advance.

Valuer - Auction Rooms Manager
Kingsley is an experienced valuer, he is responsible for the day to day management of the sale with a strong knowledge of many collectables.
He carries out all aspects of valuation of items to be included in our sales from advising on probate valuations to house clearance to valuation of individual items. He provideshis clients with clear concise practical advice and prompt responses to their questions throughout West Norfolk.
Richard Baker (FRICS) | Consultant
Independent Surveyor & Valuer
Richard Baker is an independent surveyor acting as a consultant to Barry L Hawkins, he has 30 years experience in the residential, agricultural and commercial sector.
He qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in Cambridgeshire back in 1979 and after spending some time working in Gloucestershire, returned to Cambridgeshire 20 years ago and set up his own private practice based in Hilton.
Richard carries out all types of survey and valuation work, together with associated professional work in the residential, commercial and agricultural sectors. The practice covers a large area of Cambridgeshire, as well as neighbouring parts of Norfolk, Bedfordshire, Hertfordshire and Northamptonshire and prides itself on prompt, professional and personal service.
