Me thod of Sale: The property is for sale by Private Treaty.

Price :Offers in the region of £430,000 . with an Option to purchase the farm buildings.

Description of Property: The land extends in all to about 46.55 acres (18.84 hectares) in two enclosures. It is typical of the area being mixed silt with an element of peat. The land is made up as shown on enclosed plan edged in red and as per the following schedule.
